Motorized dish not moving?

I have a Pansat 2700 that powers the powermax motor with dish for KU band.
The pansat used to move the dish from inside the house, I stopped using it for a while and decided to see what’s on. Now I can only move the dish manually by the button on the motor.
Is there a setting I missed after doing a restart?

Which program are you using to move the dish-USALS or Diseqc 1.2? You can look under the setup menu for any satellite you watch...to learn this. Might just need to center the motor and reset the receiver.
