Can anyone tell me how to locate the problem when trying to program a satellite and the signal strength never changes --- just stays at 10. Just had a "satellite" guy replace the LNB and check connections, but no luck.

Make sure you are on thr right polarity, then bump the dish in both directions, keep an eye on the signal strength, if it moves you are in business. Bump around until you get the highest number, then save it.:up
