Moving Need Help and Possible Installer....

When did it start costing money for a new-customer install? What am I missing? I didn't pay a cent when I signed up. No one I have asked did either.

The cost would be to install/realign the dish after moving from the house with the original installation. The movers connection can't be used since it would be such a recent install.
