I am looking to "move" to BHM, AL locals from southeast kentucky and want to know what dish would be best to hit their spotbeam with? Right now I have the international dish with not much luck getting the signal it fades in and out.....more out then in. I think the dish is a 1000.0 I'm not sure

It looks like SE Kentuckey is way outside the footprint of the Birmingham spot beam on 61.5 SB7.

The 129 spot beam barely scratches the SE tip of Kentucky.

You might be able to get it with a 1 meter dish.

If you have the international dish it is the 1000+ which is DISH's largest dish maybe you need to really move to Birmingham if you want their locals.

Just a little info on locals from Birmingham. We currently get all of the locals in HD except WTTO-21 CW and WABM MY 68.We are still waiting on those 2 channels to be available in HD.This is if you are looking for HD and not primarilary SD.
