MRV problems with stuttering or freezing video

I have a HR23 and a H24 networked together with the DECA system. When watching recorded high def programing on the H24 the video tends to stutter or freeze. SD programming seems to be just fine. Also recorded shows on the HR23 are just fine. I have a repair person coming out this Saturday but would like to get this resolved before he gets here if I can.

I have also done multiple resets on both receivers and live programming works fine on the H24.

Trouble shooting this can be extremely difficult as there is so many things it could be.
Could be any single or multiple component in the system including cable and fittings.

I found my problem I had the Ethernet plugged into the h24. I unplugged it and reset it and it worked. Now there's another problem. Every hour or so it looses satelite signal and needs to be reset and channels come I again for awhile then I repeat again.
