Multi receivers in 1 room- remote settings

I'm about to install 2 c-41 wired clients in my bar room , 3 total tvs , 2 will run with the c-41s , 3rd will run off the genie installed upstairs in living room that I've split with an HDMI splitter. The 3 remotes are RC72 , how do i program each remote/ receiver so that they don't all interfere with eachother... also is there a universal remote out there that i can use 1 remote and control each receiver individually

Program them RF and they will work independent of each other.
Mute and Enter simultaneously will do the RF setup

Even though using RF will solve the DirecTV receiver issue, your TVs will be IR and so if they are from the same manufacturer you will still have an interference issue

If there hooked to the internet you can download YOKE remote app and control them individually.
