What Multiswitch are you guys using with your Orthos?

I just need a simple one that switches H/V. Reciver should swich on its own between H/V correct?

Also what LNB recommendations do you have to go along with the ortho?

any old Directv multiswitch will work. The 3x4 is the most common. I use Zinwells and they work really well for FTA setups. Very sturdy :)

Yes the receiver will switch between V & H properly

The best performing multiswitch I've found is the Zinwell 6x8. If you're not going to hit any of the extended C-band Atlantic birds, the powered WNC and Zinwell 4x8s should work nearly as well. You will either need to use a power inserter for the vertical LNB or modify the switches because 13V will not be enough to get optimal performance out of a top end LNB. In terms of LNBs, I'm quite happy with the Norsat 8115, but that is probably overkill for most FTA uses. The Norsat 8515 can be found for $40-50 new and works almost as well.
