I had a 30" dish installed to replace the 18" dish I was using for a different satellite service (BEV). The BEV dish and the Voom dish are identical and interchangeable.
The installer used the existing mount. The included mount for the 30" dish was the same length but had a larger baseplate.
He did, however, secure the dish to the roof using three short lengths of heavy picture hanging wire tied to three eyebolts screwed into the roof in a triangular pattern. The 30" dish is rock steady.
