For anyone who has HD and is a fan of NASA tv= do they usually have programming on the HD channel or not? I just get a black screen there today, where I can usually hear the audio but not view anything but green blurs with my receivers. It's showing signal/quality but nothing seems to be transmitting. Just wondered if they only use the HD when there is an active
