Watched it last year. We liked it, BUT, there's only 10 episodes, it ends on a cliff-hanger, AND they canceled it.
About half way through and I like it. Perhaps AMC can find a way to make more. Just read Amazon is involved as well with international distribution.
That actor that plays Captain Nemo, is also the one that played Ash Tyler of Star Trek Discovery, who later was outed as a surgically modified Klingon named Voq
The larger involved of the two production companies went belly up, so hightly unlikely
