Why did Calipari NOT try to foul in the end? And the excuse...?! '...they had been making their foul shots all year' ...or something like that. That is ridiculous. Ray Allen is on of the greatest FT shooters in NBA history...and even HE misses FT as a 15+ years vet.

They did once, under a minute. But, UK wasn't in the penalty yet, so UConn just inbounded the ball with a new shot clock.....

Congrats to the Uconn men as well. I was sweating it out when Kentucky came back to only be behind by one but Uconn pulled it off. There great free throw shooting won this tournament for them.
