Need Help Deciding

I need help in selecting a good but non-bank breaking FTA system. If I am correct I will need a motorized system in order to pick up all the english langauge stations available. I really have no interest in forieng language stations as I am from mississippi and can barely speak english(that was a joke so please do not get offened). I currently have set up my D* phase 3 system and am getting around 90 which is not the best but not bad either. It could be better but I have a couple of very large pine trees in my back yard. What I need to know is:

1. Best reciever/dish to get on a budget

2. Who to buy it from

3. What is required to install a motorized system

3/ More or less you point the system at your true south satellite and USALS takes care of the rest Depending on what motor you get there is all sorts of help available. Have a look below for a guide to setting up the ever popular SG2100 motor for example.........
