NEED help fast!!!!!!!!

Is it just me or does the upper right portion of the dish in the pic look to be bent? Not sure that'd make the difference between a normal signal and no signal at all, but it does look warped up there, near where the word "STAR" is printed on the dish...

Maybe the edge is slightly bent at the back, it shouldn't affect anything, it's just the back edge where the steel is folded.

Thats the way the dish came to me from sadoun. My zip is 60950.. I have both scales set to 40 Degrees. I dont think thats wrong but i can double check

WOOOOHOOO JUST GOT MY FIRST FEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and its BOOMBERG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its the only channel i can get.. i think im pointed to amc 3.... sooo here we go...

Congrats, I remember how hard it was getting my first bird.. Was thinking the same thing, is all my equipment OK? But it is such satisfaction getting it.. Good luck in find more. .

its weird because the feed comes in at 75% and thats the only feed on that bird....
