Latitude: 40.9651°
Longitude: -75.9978°
what sat should i use as true south
90 centimeter dish
motor stab usal
sonic view 360
thanks in advance
im going to get my lnbf from sadoun soon dmx 741 c ku is that a good choice

77 West is almost south. You should do it yourself with dishpointer.com rather than tell the world exactly where you live. Nice House you have there.

Note the relationship between your longitude and 77 West. If there was a signal in the sky at 76 W, you would be good to go.

If you're using USALS, you don't need to use your true south satellite for alignment, you can align anywhere. How accurate the tracking will be will depend on whether you've got your elevation set exactly and whether your pole is exactly straight.

Everything I've read about getting C-band on a Ku-band dish says that a C/Ku LNB is a complete non-starter for Ku-band. The focal length is all wrong.

Are you saying you have the 741 on your 36" dish and it works well for Ku?

yeah im replacing a bad lnbf for my 12' dish and im trying to get my small dish going ontill i get my 12' back thanks to all of you for helping
