I have a CHAPARRAL feedhorn on an 8 foot fine mesh dish. C band is working fine but I need to replace the ku lnb. Currently have a PRECISION pmj lnb and it only picks up a couple of channels on one satellite so I guess the lnb is pretty much shot. Live in SC. Any recommendations on a KU lnb?
Thanks,John

Check for creepy crawlies in the waveguide. Remember that the dish might be aligned well enough to receive the lower frequency C-band, but not well enough to receive the higher frequency KU-band with the tighter beamwidth.
