Need older Dish remote access app for android

I can't get this link to work on my PC. "Server not found" in FF, which isn't quite right since I can do a domain name lookup without issue. Does it work for anybody else?

The link is missing the ":". Try this link:

In fact, do it from your phone and it will download/install in sequence.
