My hopper all of a sudden will not reconize my ota usb module. I called support and they dont even know what a usb ota dongle is for the hopper. Can someone please contact me to get this issue fixed. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried all USB ports and reset your Hopper? I also see that you have two Hoppers with Sling. Have you tried it on your other Hopper?
Talked to a csr in the states on my third call, problem has been resolved. Please delete this. Im kinda amazed more csr's dont know about the hopper ota feature.
Zach, it took a few attempts of resetting it and plugging it back in. May the dongle be going bad?
I upgraded from a Hopper to Hopper w/Sling yesterday. The installer had to ask me what the OTA module was for. He'd never seen or heard of one.
Remember that installers mostly never see an OTA dongle. You have to have the Hopper before you can even order one.
