Need Sony Reciever code for my 942

Hi does anyone know the code to get my Sony 3000ES reciever to work with the remote that comes with the 942? Thanks for you help.

You need to set the receiver's address (command mode) to AV1. For some stupid reason, Sony receivers come set to AV2. Check your manual. Once set, it will accept the Dish remote's codes.

Also, don't forget to set your Sony remote to AV1, as well. Or, it will no longer work with the receiver.
