Netflix on joey remote not working

When watching Netflix on my joey the pause, fast forward, and rewind buttons does nothing. works fine on tv shows and dvr. The remote is a model 54and a joey2.

I am pretty sure that in Netflix, you use the Select button to pause, and the left and right arrows to skip backward and forward, instead of using the DVR function buttons. It is not exactly intuitive, but it should work.

You have to pause Netflix with the select button

Yes, you have to pause with select, then use the arrow keys to move back, forward or up to select special functions like Closed Caption, etc. Then go back to bottom and hit select again. Or I've found in some cases, just hitting play will cause it restart.
