I am currently in the process of moving into a new house and the home owner only has 1 box currently in his home. I have priced the same unit (VS-2000) he has on the net and it is substantially cheaper than what his installer is quoting. I know absolutley nothing about satellites and their set-up, but would def like to save hundreds of dollars. Here are my questions:
If I buy the same unit off the net will it work with the dish that is all ready set-up at the house?
How idiot friendly would it be to set-up if I could use it with the exhisting set-up?
