New D10 Update

Since the new D 10 update you have to hit enter after putting in a channel number.Anyway to disable that and go back to the way it was?

ALso is the D10 the same as the D10 100?

There are the D10-100, the D10-200 and the D10-300 afaik, only the D10-100 has gotten the new update. I have 2 -100s and one -200 and none exihbit what you describe, however, there are plenty of other new bugs, such as the autotuner, (and a few other things), so, before AND after the update, when I manually put in a channel number, 3 seconds later it goes to that channel.

You can't go back to the old revision that I know of. Have you tried unplugging the reciever for 15 mins or so then replugging it back in?

Just tried autotune on my D10 and it works fine. Whats wrong with it?

Well one of the issues is for instance, lets say I want to add a Repeating autotune for channel 33 that occurs every monday through friday at 3pm, if I add this on sunday, for instance, it will set the autotune correctly for EVERY day cept Monday (the next day the tuner is supposed to happen), on top of that if I add an autotune for a time that has passed within 12 hours beforehand, it creates an entry in the PAST, the entry will have parts of it blank when looked at in "To Do List" and cannot be removed or altered, the only way to get rid of those was to do a partial Reset.

My autotune will turn on but never turn off...... In other words, I set it for a show while I'm at work and when I come home it is still on.... It used to turn off and I'm sure it's suppose to turn off......

Mine did/does that too shy007, but I _think_ (not 100% sure) that it did that before the update...so I don't really know.

As of now, you're right, it turns on, but i come home and it did not turn off, but like I said, I think I remeber it doing that before the update.

Another possible bug.

Hit info and the info comes up, it will not cut off.

Just tried it, I hit info and waited, 5 mins later exactly the info went away, so I'm not seeing that bug.

The autotune was turning off before the update.... I used to tape alot of late night shows and it would be on when I got up in the morning.... It would not make sense to stay on......

Must of the time full display Show info will stay on the screen for about 15 seconds, not 5 minutes.

When I change to a channel and the info bar comes up on its own (i.e. i dont hit info at all) it stays up 5 secs, when I hit info, it remains for 5 mins, for _me_ it has done this even before the active update, I cannot comment on any other models than the d10-100 however. I am not saying you are wrong, I fully beleive you, I am just stateing the results im observing.
