Finally pulled the trigger last night.....install on Friday.

Been a Comcast customer for a long time but lack of soccer channels in HD for another season was too much.

Didn't really need all the NFL stuff but ended going with the premier package to start off with.

Going to keep some of my basic CC services for BBC HD an Internet.

Only bummer so far was not taking advantage of the referral process.

Welcome to the site as well as D* !

If you called to sign up yesterday, I would call them now and plead innocent that you didn't know about a "Special Number" that's needed for the referral, you'll need the other (referral) persons account number.

The "Special" number for Referrals is ....1-800-507-4045
 
As long as you have the account number and you have not yet had installer come you can still add a referral to the account ask for sales support team.
