New Dish & Rotor

I just purchased a new 76 ku band dish & HH90 rotor and can't seem to get the dish to elevate with the bracket that came with the dish> Do I need to get a different kind of bracket or do they evev make a different kind of bracket. Hole that holds rotor mount arm is not at the bottom as shown on diagram.
