New HD channel - the mtn. on Nov 22?

THe mtn. (616) which is the Mountain West Conference channel has announced that they will be broadcast in HD starting Nov 22nd with the BYU-UTAH football game. Direct is the only satellite provider carrying the channel - will they pick up the HD broadcast as well?

And No it's not starting with the BYU/Utah it starts with the pre-game show then the Border War between CSU & Wyoming!!!! And it is for only that day for now.

Wow, I hope DTV will have this in HD, that has been another channel along with ESPNU that I've been waiting for in HD!!!

If I read correctly, this is a one day only event for the MTN. So I would expect you'll see it on 616-1 or one of the nearby alternates.

The full time HD MTN station is not expected until 2009.

You are correct sir 616-1 is in the guide. Get to watch both of my remaning Cowboy's games in HD thanks to CBS-CS and the MTN. And us Cowboy fans can look forward to these game after the big win at Tennessee today because it keep us alive bowl game. Go Cowboys!!!!!!!
