New install & HD

My daughter is having Direct installed on Saturday and I have a question.
Does she have to do anything in order to have HD free for life or will she get this with out doing anything?

IF she is getting the Top package, I think it's still free, but the lower pacjages do not have it in them anymore, it was a promo type thing.

She can call in and inquire about it if she wants.

If you really think about it, it is $ 120 a year as HD costs $ 10 a month.

This should really be in the D* section, maybe someone will move it.
