New OTA movie channel!

It appears Lionsgate is launching a new OTA movie channel. Not here yet for us but it is already active in some areas with more to follow.

My channel scan shows one of the channels that's on the list but when I tune to it, it shows a blank screen. There's nothing there in St. Louis, MO.

Literally nothing but Movies looking at the schedule. And good kinda recent movies too. Check the schedule people, you will be impressed.

Almost too good to be true.

According to the link from Mr Tony it is all 480i so far.

Kinda a bummer, but better than nothing.

For any of you that are able to watch this channel OTA, how is the audio? Here in Chicago, the audio is extremely quiet compared to the other channels. Wondering if this is a Chicago affiliate issue, or if it is national.

No audio issues from my local affiliate WYBN on 14.4. The video is 480i in 16:9 but not bad at all. A great new channel.

Hi Zippy, my audio is also low in the Chicago Suburbs. Going back and forth between the Bears game and this channel there is a noticeable volume difference.

That sucks, I can't get stations on that cell tower they are using. It's way too low, and a bit too far away from me.

Why do the movies start at scattered times? Is the channel maximizing the commercial to movie ratio? I don't mind, it just makes it hard to catch a movie at the start.

I love the channel so far and we were all in desperate need of a good movie channel.
