Never scanned in an 8psk with the Diamond 9000HD before. I went in and manually added the transponder with NDFedit and uploaded the channel list to the receiver, but I get no quality still...hmmmmmm
Does this TP still show quality without 8psk enabled? I'm just trying to figure out if the issue is with the receiver or with where I'm pointing. I do get the other PBS's on there.

Try it in the daytime. At night , for some reason, it's very weak. Even in the daytime, a nudge either east or west on my 1M dish drops the Q dramatically. Precise aiming during daylight hours will get this on a 31" dish in Michigan.
