New setup?

my neighbor has an antenna tower about 20 feet high with 2 antennas, both pointing different directions. i was wondering how efficient this would be and how i would go about building one of these towers? or finding a cheap one online

Why not ask your neighbor about his setup? If he has two working antennas on the tower, he'd be a far more valuable source for info on your reception conditions and the ins and outs of towers than anyone here could possibly be.
