new Spanish feed on G3 C-band

This has been up there for a long time, it's on The List. But it's been dark. It came alive the other day with a static logo I didn't recognize. Last couple mornings it has been "Info 7 Mx" from Mexico, in Spanish. They have a website:

Yesterday it went dark after mid morning. Of possible interest for Spanish speakers. Enjoy it while its there, maybe just a morning thing.

To clarify, there has been news programming on in the mornings. Commercial breaks are a steady logo. The closing credits on the news show say copyright Azteca Noreste. The screen went to an Info7 (Tamaulipas) logo after 9AM CST today. Yesterday the screen went dark for the rest of the day (as far as I know).

I've seen that too, but don't remember ever seeing anything but either the logo or some news feeds.
