Hi !! Im the new guy, so hello to all and thanks to the Mods for creating this forum.. :)
With that said i have a question... Im looking for the name of the sattellite(s) and coordinates for russian tv.My wifes folks are comming to stay for sometime and i could use a little info to point me in the right direction, thanx in advance.

:welcome Welcome to the Forum

DishNetwork does provide international channels, what it involves i don't know. only seen Ukrainian programming listed ....
any questions can be answered by Dish Network or maybe somone in the Dish Network forum can help

several channels listed on lyngsat @

http://www.lyngsat.com/ia5.html

these are listed as FTA and would need a 30inch dish or bigger and a receiver

these seem to be mostly christian programming but some others

TBN - Russia -----http://www.tbnrussia.org
Russia Today -- http://www.russiatoday.ru/test/
Rodnoy http://www.rodnoy.tv/
CNL -- http://www.cnl.tv/

hope this helps

Russion TV is not available at 61.5 or 148 unless you are already subscribed to those channels. All new russian TV subscribers must use a DISH 500 Plus dish. This dish receives 119, 110 and satellite 118 which is a Kuband FSS satellite.
