I know what you mean. The part with Rossi going to the bar and chatting with his old criminal friend seemed like it happened before. I can't remember anything from this show like that though.

Overall it was a decent episode. One thing that bother me was that it seemed like the team didn't really get involved in the case, with the possible exception of Rossi.

I do like how they're building up the possible show down with Foyet. That should be pretty intense when it happens.
