Nfl season is right around the corner. Figure it's time to get this baby going.

Still have one more month of preseason, camps, games, etc., don't we?

I know you're eager (like the rest of us)......................but..... :D

This is THE thread that I've been waiting for!! Can I have a HELL YEAH!! :)

My Preseason Top 10:
1. NY Giants (Super Bowl champs)
2. New England
3. Green Bay
4. Pittsburgh
5. San Francisco
6. Baltimore
7. Atlanta
8. Houston
9. Philadelphia
10. Chicago

My Preseason Not 10:
32. Jacksonville
31. St. Louis
30. Indianapolis
29. Miami
28. Cleveland
27. Washington
26. Minnesota
25. Arizona
24. Tampa Bay
23. Seattle

Yeah, how does Atlanta get into the Top 10? Where did they end up last year, and how did they improve between then and now?

Just wondering your reasoning...

I agree with Bill's top 10 mostly, though I might put Philly/Chicago a little higher than Atlanta.

So much talent on that team, it's just hard to ignore. That being said, there's no question this is a put up or shut up year for the Falcons.

Rate the divisions:

1. AFC North- two powerhouses and another very good team
2. NFC North- some very tough games here this year
3. NFC East- the perennial powerhouse division
4. NFC South- IMO, no Super Bowl contenders, but no bad teams either
5. AFC West- mirrors the NFC South
6. AFC East- very strong at the top but then it falls drastically
7. NFC West- finally escapes the cellar thanks to having a bonafide SB contender
8. AFC South- two of the five worst teams in football will put you here

I like this for many reasons, 1. My 49ers are top 5, and 2. Rams, Cards, and Seahawks are bottom 10.

I think with the Suggs injury The Texans might be the more favorites to make Super Bowl than Baltimore is.

Cowboys or Jets- whose overratedness is more overrated?

i think its still the cowboys. you can say that about every season pretty much in recent years. at least with the jets they went to two straight conference championship games under sexy rexy ;)

Agreed.

Here We Go Steelers Here We Go

Time to get their seventh Superbowl and it's time for Ben to get a Superbowl MVP.
