The Raiders & the Rams left Los Angeles more because of not having new stadiums than because of lack of fan support. What kept NFL teams out of Los Angeles for so long was lack of an acceptable(re: brand spanking new) stadium with luxury boxes.

Salsa, you just figured out that Goodell is a rat bastard?

If anyone watched his state of the league press conference before the Superbowl, you can tell the guy is nothing but a sock puppet. The league is so popular right now a monkey could do his job.

This was NOTHING on Goodell. EVEN if wanted to help, the other owners would have shot him down.

Why didn't they share with the 49ers ? .....said Captain Obvious.

It was NOT the Raiders who did not want to share. The 49ers, when this was in the planning phase was the "it" team at the time and my Raiders sucked crap. The ownership of the 49ers did not want a loser franchise and our wacked out fans. Our fans are STILL wacked out, but the Raiders are slowly becoming the "it" team with their improvement and they are a WORLD brand. Things have more or less reversed.

That should happen
