I would not mind if NFLST was not exclusive to DirecTV, most of my locals have the programming, football etc... with premier.

I would stay.

I like the direction D* is going and the local cable company is not any where near the quantity of channels.
Also I have a large investment in D* equipment .... I don't want to start over.

I would stay too.

My cable company provider or Dish Network in my area is no where near where D* PQ is at, or the channels.

QFT, they should also add the adult channels monthly package for the other channels other than Playboy TV, and also add Adult VoD just like Charter/Comcast/and other cable companies.
