NG with setup problem

AMC4 @101 is not Circular, it's Linear.

So i can pick up a circular sat with a linear LNB?

Tech it is possible but only at about 50% signal and quality of the correct LNB

I tried to get the echostar 8 again and receive it perfectly (100%/100%). this tells me that my LNB is circular..... correct? For AMC 4 i need a linear so htis is never gonna work then...

I would take off the Circular LNB and Switch, and just use the Linear.
