NHL Center Ice Cost ?

The first installment of 49.66 just showed up on my bill which means the total cost of the Center Ice Package is 149.00 this year. Last year I paid $129 (49.66 X 3) for it. An increase of $20 from last year.

Is $149 the "early bird special" or whatever ? I noticed Dish's website says the price of the package is $149 so it doesnt appear that I am getting any deal unless the price is going to go up as the season nears.

Has anybody else been billed for Center Ice this year and what was the cost ?

Also is the price different if you have HD ?

Just want to make sure I am not getting the "shaft" of the stick so to speak.

I know folks in Canada said theirs went up $20 too for ExpressVu

Channels: 540 – 558

Order before October 11, 2006 and save $20.00

Early Bird package: $149.00 or three payments of $49.66 (order before October 11).
Full Season Package: $169.00 or three payments of $56.33.
