And unlike FreeDBS which I saw as a joke the entire time I give Mr. Lukin about an 85% chance of pulling this one off.

I always thought the same thing about FreeDBS. Mt. Lukin started from the bottom, that's why I believe he will pull it off. FreeDBS should have followed Mr. Lukin's example.
Regarding local providers dropping RTV, that could be another reason Mr. Lukin wants to add networks with different programming, to give more choice to local providers.

Scott are there any more details on what will be offered. Are they entirely new services or what most are used to as sat/cable services? Is it gonna have HD program services? As I asked before any ETA of when it will be up and running?
