Anyone know when Nick HD will be available? I saw a news story indicating it would be turned on April 1, but I sure don't see it. Called customer dis-service with no dice. Thought I'd try some folks who are more knowledgeable.

Dish did NOTHING to provide the infamous 4/1/09 National HD channels promise. And WORSE......they did not even attempt to explain why they were not launched or WHEN they WILL be.
