Nilesat or Arabsat

Hi,
is there anyway that I can get arabic channels?
which satellite dish do i need to use to get reception for nilesat or arabsat or anything that has arabic channels on it.
I think Hotbird used to have some arabic channels on it.
I'm feeling homesick and desperately need to find a way to get arabic channels.
I live in north carolina

Check Dish Network or DIrectv. They might have something that you would need
