No 30 Second Skip on Gemini?

I just replaced my Genie client with the new Gemini box and noticed there were two very important buttons missing on the Gemini's remote. The 30 Second Slip or Skip and6 Second back buttons were missing. At first a Gemini rep said I can still use those functions by pressing and holding the FF & RW buttons, but that doesn't work. I immediately called and downgraded back to my old client, unless anyone here knows how to get those functions to work?

You can use the right arrow to slip forward 30 seconds.

If you want to try the keyword search 30SKIP it might work, I'm going to try it myself sometime today.
