No audio in ABC spo or ABC E Shaw direct

Hi, I have no audio in these two channels, I have audio on ABC HD, but not on the SD channel. I never watch it on SD, but CC is not working on the HD Channel, and my mother wants to watch it. So tuned in to SD feed and it has no audio, I tried messing with the audio settings ib the receiver, but not a single one gives me audio on that channel.

Does anyone has a clue on what might be happening?

I have the receiver connected with an optic cable direct to the Audio receiver.

Try a soft reset (pull plug from wall for a minute)

It was weird, because only one was without sound.
