No local guide info except what is currently on?

I had anew 722 installer today and the only thing not working seems to be the guide info for my locals. It only shows what is currently on and maybe what is next but everything after just says "no guide info." It has been like this since about 3:00 cst this afternoon.

This is not the OTA issues but the locals I subscribe too from Dish. Every other Dish channel has all of the guide info filled in. Please don't tell me that my brand new box is already defective.

Any ideas of how to fix this?

Run a check switch and it will download a fresh guide.

The channel guide takes a while to update the locals.

It usually has to wait for the next download, which would be at 3 am. If you run the check switch it forces a new download then, so the guide info is then loaded to the harddrive.

Probably a newbie installer. I always download the complete program guide before I leave. It's the only way to properly demonstrate the DVR functions.
