No On Demand

Moved to Colorado from Maryland and had to drop D* due to LOS issues. Quest doesn't have their Fiber To House in my area yet so had to go with Comcast. Sgned up, and just before I hung up I thought to ask about On Demand and was told it wasn't available in my area yet. Since I'm "paying" for On Demand" but not getting it, any suggestions on what my chances are of compinsation for the lack of this service? Thanks for any help.---Ray

Being a devil's advocate here, you are not paying for On Demand, you are paying for the service offered to you. That said, they used the word yet. That kind of tells me that they are forecasting it in the future. Whether that is the near future is the question.
