No SAP even though station says it's available

I'm trying to watch a game on Fox Sports Espanol, a few times it said that the game is available in English via SAP. I'm watching it on a D12-300 receiver and can't get the English feed. I've already gone into the Audio section in the menu and switched it to English and still nothing. Am I doing something wrong or will my receiver not allow for SAP?

I have no idea, the tv is over 10 years old. It's an extra we have in the computer room. Shouldn't the audio track be coming through the receiver though?

Have you been able to get SAP to work on any other channel?

Yes, it worked fine on another channel.
