No signal download on replacement VIP 722DVR

Got 2 722's as a replacement from Dish.....and since the first time I connected them there is always a msg Warning 061 and Im unable to download signal to the receivers.
Checked switch and signal strenght is OK for 110 and 129.....no signal at all for 119 so Im installing another antenna just for 119.
Any comments on whether this is gonna solve the problem?

You should be able to get the software from those satellites. Were you picking up 119 in the past? What type of dish do you have?

Yes....but since end april something happened and lost signal.
Have dish 500 with double LNB DP Pro

Check LOS for 119 and check for water damage on connectors that will make signals go out,if you had a meter to test DB's and they were high like 55+ then that is also a good indicator of corroded connectors.

You CAN'T receive 110 and 129 from a dish 500 the spacing is too great. Your giving us some wrong information.

Sorry I got a Dish 1000....can anyone tell me if I need to get signal from 119W in order to download firmware and get the receivers up and running?

pretty sure you need 119 to d/l the firmware.

If you're not getting 119 on either receiver, could it be the LNBF that's bad?

I would doubt both receivers are bad. or maybe a bad cable for 119?
