No Transponder Signal on 8, 10, 24 for 91W

I've been trying to adjust my ExpressVu satellite by aiming it differently this weekend. I only have SD tv and am looking for Nimiq 91W. I get a signal of 90 to 100% on most but not all transponders. Specifically, transponders 8, 10, 24 are not working at all. I think my receiver is a 3900 and the dish is an old round model - not sure the exact size but it may be 20". Can anyone help me to figure out why I can't get some of the transponders?

Not all of the tp's are working, so if you are not missing any channels, you are good to go.

The channels are available in the guide but do not work and give an error message when I try to view them. I can't get RDS, TSN, Sportsnet (most not all), HGTV, Food Network....and all the others on transponders 8, 10, 24. Do know if there is any chance they will work again in the future?

What error message?
Did you reveived them before reaiming?
Where are you located?
