Nubie questions

I am so new to this that I haven't purchased equipment yet, but have a limited knowledge about analog C band. I had a C band system about ten years ago when I lived in another state. WOW things have changed...

I am planning to buy a FTA system with a 30" motorized dish. I live in Central Florida north of Orlando and would like to know what satellites would be available east of 61 degrees W. It would like to receive english language programing intended for Europe.

sorry, but due to the way the spotbeams are set up, there really is nothing you can pick up from European satellites. The beam is only for that area.
