NY locals transponders?

I recently moved from the midwest and did a self-install in my house. I'm getting good signals on all sats but am getting 771's for NYC HD locals on the hr20 and 727's for NYC SD locals on both my hr20 and r15.

I am pretty far out in New Jersey but I thought I was within spotbeam range. Does anyone know what sats and transponders have both the HD & SD locals for NYC? Could it be that there's something wrong with the authorization? I get the 80's big 4 in HD and the local big 4 in SD

Type in your Zip here. That will tell you whicl locals you should be getting. D is not always on top locals. When I moved here from NY last June they never changed my locals at all. I wasn't going to complain about it either. Then one day I had to call them for another issue and ended up talking to someone with a brain! Lost the NY staions right in front of my eyes!!!!
