I'm trying to figure out why I'm suddenly getting random 771 errors on some channels. It's not consistent.
There are no trees blocking the dish. I'll be checking all the cable connections next.
To make sure it's not an alignment issue, can someone check these signal strengths and confirm that they are okay?

Thanks so much!

Some of your numbers are down a little, but not enough to cause 771 errors in normal conditions. I would be suspicious of the lnb, cable, or connections.

If it is a DVR, what are the signals on tuner 2?

I'll be checking the cable and connections tomorrow. Don't know how to check the LNB.
It's a Genie DVR (HR44) and a Genie Mini. I'll check the other tuners.

Thanks.

I don't think there is a field test for the lnb. A tech will just swap it out if they think it's bad.

Check all the connectors on splitters, lnb.. Etc., make sure its tight. Had one that kept losing signal, turns out the connectors arent tightened. Hope this helps.

Since it's on an SWM system, all the tuners should be the same. Most likely problem is a cable/connector, second most likely is the LNB.
