right now on on 95W @ 4167 V 6614 (#4) looks to be nothing but Black and white 'sparklies'

Yeb!! In the good old days you could watch a snowy pic from a station far away! but digital is very annoying when a signal is breaking up.

when I was staying at my uncles a couple years ago his crappy cable had some channels that the "master" was analog because there were sparklies all in the picture
